Sycamore Academy is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to join their Senior Leadership Team from September 2025. This strategic role involves working closely with the Headteacher and SLT to lead the academy towards its goals of continuous improvement and high standards of education.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing creative and inspiring leadership for staff and students.
• Collaborating with the Trust, governors, and parents to create an ethos that promotes excellence.
• Co-developing and implementing a Development Plan focused on improvement and achievement.
• Leading on key areas of curriculum development, policies, and educational practices.
• Supporting the Headteacher in managing finances, resources, and administrative tasks.
• Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student behaviour.
• Monitoring staff performance and supporting ongoing professional development.
